Improvements to Service - April 2012

Following customer feedback, we will be making a number of improvements to the service in the coming months:

1) Additional bus stops will be placed along the route, with particular attention being paid to the Quays

2) Bus stop flags on the North Wall Quay will be replaced

3) Timetables will be affixed to bus stops showing arrival times at each stop

We would like to thank you for your patience while these changes are being implemented.

Please check the new timetable on the web. It should resolve the issues of capacity very well and also result in a shorter journey for passengers in North Swords at the peak time.

Proposed changes to route

We've had a lot of feedback on our new route. There's been a big welcome for the extended catchment and hours. But there's been very real concerns expressed about capacity and level of service at the peak times. We've now put together a proposed, revised timetable to deal with these issues, by providing more direct services and more targeted services at those times.
