Swords Express, a division of Eirebus, has been named Passenger Transport SME Company of the Year 2019 at the Irish Logistics and Transport Awards 2019 ceremony hosted in the Clayton Burlington Hotel on Friday evening.
In its 10th year, the Irish Logistics & Transport Awards are the ‘Oscars’ of the Logistics & Transport industry in Ireland with trophies on the night being awarded to the top players in the industry in a glittering ceremony hosted by comedian Colm O'Regan.
Welcoming the Swords Express award on the night was Sinead Kavanagh, Managing Director who was “delighted to accept the Passenger Transport SME of the Year award for Swords Express. A massive thank you to our loyal customers and dedicated team.” This is the fifth time Swords Express has won this award.
Now in its 12th year, Swords Express has steadily grown to operate 35 coaches, with 130 departures on weekdays between Swords and Dublin City Centre and a further 75 at weekends. As passenger demand has grown, we have expanded our fleet to continue to meet the requirements of a growing base of satisfied customers.
We would like to sincerely thank all of our hard-working staff and, of course, our loyal customers, for helping us to win this award.
