January 2020 taxsaver order/ payment dates

Our taxsaver order and payment cut-off date is the 21st of each month. Kindly note, no ticket will be released until full payment is received. All taxsaver ticket orders must be completed using a personalised Leap Card number. Please call our office on 01 824 2626 if you have any queries in relation to this and our team will be happy to assist you.

If your payment is received after this cut-off date you may not receive your taxsaver ticket by 01st of the month. Please read our helpful timetable to show the dates we will be uploading tickets once full payment of the order is received.

 

Payments – please ensure bank ref/ Paypal ref is the invoice number. If our Finance Department is unable to allocate the payment this may delay uploading of the taxsaver ticket.

 

All taxsaver queries should be emailed to feedback@swordsexpress.com and include the below; 

1) Invoice/ ticket number;

2) Name of company;

3) Name of ticket holder;

4) Date paid.

* Once uploaded to a personalised Leap Card, it may take up to 72 hours (3 working days) for taxsaver tickets to be visible on the card.

 

Taxsaver tickets will become active from 01st of each month once placed on the bus ticket machine.
