Have you thought about trying yoga but never know where to begin? With so many different styles and classes it can seem overwhelming but don’t give up. The research linking regular Yoga activity to positive mental health is vastly growing and this in itself is a great motivator to give it a try at least once. Yoga could be one of the biggest drivers in your mental health healing process and it can change your life for the better. As well as the mental benefits, we need to take a minute to look at the physical benefits of yoga. Exercise releases happy endorphins that improve your mood, self-esteem and sleep. To get you started, below is a list of our top Yoga picks happening in Dublin this July.
We have created the below check list of what you may need to bring to your class - water, light towel, yoga mat and comfortable clothing. It’s no harm to contact the venue to check what is provided and with outdoor events you usually have to bring your own mat.
